Aaron Rodgers Denies Accusation of Calling Jimmy Kimmel a Pedophile in Response

New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers appeared on The Pat McAfee Show to address his earlier comments linking late-night host Jimmy Kimmel to Jeffery Epstein’s list. He did not apologize and instead ranted about COVID and conspiracy theories before issuing a nonspecific apology to Kimmel. Rodgers expressed that he did not approve of people calling Kimmel a pedophile due to his previous remarks. The quarterback also criticized ESPN’s PR chief Mike Foss for describing his Kimmel joke as “dumb and factually incorrect.” In response, Kimmel threatened to sue Rodgers in his monologue, while McAfee defended his show, saying that it was a platform for athletes to express their opinions.
