Their theme is narcissism, an organization believes in their accomplished. The jerseys say “Heat Culture,” and they believe to maximize their talent through their culture of toughness. The organization had rosters with no high expectations. The court documents the Heat’s definition of their organizational culture with phrases. They have accomplished copared to Orlando Magic, Charlotte Hornets, and Minnesota Timberwolves. Miami Heat have won three Championships and been to The Finals seven times. But, it’s a jerk move by the Heat to articulate their pride underneath the basket.
